Product delivered was not fresh and now no feedback from website

I purchase a Branded Mi 10400mah Power Bank on 20 april fro bookmyoffer.com and it delivered to me on 24 april but the powerbank delivered to me was not fresh and clearly seems like its been used before and also it has no power backup. I inform bookmyoffer.com about it but they didnt reply back i call them but they didnt pick and i also make a complaint available on there website but still no response from them its been 5 days. I want my money back.
