Regarding used and partial product delivery

Respected Sir! I ordered a product with order no.- S801349840 i.e. "2 Sony Power banks 25000mAh" worth Rs. 1300 approx and I received the used product with scratches on it and some compulsory accessories were missing like charger. I tried to contact customer care through mail and calling but did not get any response from them. Please try to solve this problem.
