Shoppers Stop Fraud placed one order online via shoppersstop.com

I have placed one order online via www.shoppersstop.com but due to some technical reason it was failed. On that time I called to customer care of Shoppers Stop and explained each and every things. The customer care executive emailed me and asked some question via email. I replied that question but they are not initiate refund for the same. I communicate to them each and every medium like Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, Call on Phone, Email, etc. but no one reply.

On the same day I booked another products from the same portal www.shoppersstop.com and I had returned back those product due to many reason like the quality and price.

Meantime, Shoppers Stop has my money approx INR 4000 and they are not reply me back satisfactory. They do only one email each time that "Your query has been forwarded to concerned department" to till date.

I want to file case against Shoppers Stop because I am suffering from bad customer support from last more than 15 days.
