not got item(mobile) nor money back

on 06/04/2017 at0600 hrs i paid 4569 rupee for mobile (gionee pioneer p 6)through master card of sbi for croma online purchaging site (tata online retail site).money was deducted but item was not shipped .on my login page on clicking my order always show error.giving all sufficient details i raise complain through croma customer care no 7207666000 since 06/04/2017 to till now ,five to six times.croma is telling for wait only.
