There is a liqour shop in lower ground floor in phoenix marketcity , chennai. They have been overpricing in liqour since long time. Usually local tamil consumers are too much silent and scared to speak against wrong things. And whenever customers from other states ask the shopkeeper to not take extra price than mrp while buying beer or whiskey or rum or any liqour they misbehave and challange them like "stop me if you can !" . They alaways charge from 30 to 60 rs per bottle they sell. Thus they make a lot of dishonest money everyday.they don't produce the bills either.
