ordered the Data/Charging cable from Shopclues under order no. 87541902

I have ordered the Data/Charging cable from Shopclues under order no. 87541902 (it was too low in price), they have cancelled the product as not available on website. I really do not understand why they have posted on their website if this is out of stock. Then I found the same product with some higher price and placed the order for that under order no. 88159995. I placed this on 14th march and I have been tracking this on daily basis usually it takes 2-3 days in other websites (amazon, flipkart, snapdeal etc.). They have shipped the order on 17th march to the courier company and I got the message they soon I would have all other details. Today 28 March it has been crossed both estimate date and fixed deliver date, I have not received my product. I have complaint many time no use. Moreover I have called up them and it cost me Rs. 50 + and the product value is Rs. 148.
Its most embarrassing online website services I have seen. I asked them for refund, they said they would contact to higher authorities. So once I call them they said it will take 24-48 hours to be replied back. What is this?? I am already too late for something for which I have already paid and promised to have that on particular date which has passed. It's mental torture for me I think this websites should be shut down.
