Not refund my money futureshopping online shopping website

I have receive a call from futureshopping.co.in bearing Mob No-+918745925262 they inform me to buy 3000-5000 and get a gift(Sony led ,Samsung mobile laptop etc) after that i have purchase Rs 4490/- on date 15-04-2016 bearing order no-4012 and choose gift sony bravia led 42'' .on date 21-04-2016 they call me and inform me to generate ur bill u should pay Rs.25450/- pay against ur gift after 2hr this amount will be credited to ur account but the amount which is paid towards gift not yet receive. Before a purchase 2 mixer grinder sum Rs.4490/- they send me one Maharaja whiteline mixer grinder (500watt) when receive grinder grinder is not start.immediatly call customer care number and they said me to return through courier and that charge u have paid towards courier will be discounted I am reply to customercare I have order 750watt and 2mixer grinder but u send me 500watt 1 mixer grinder immediately I cancel my order and request to customer care to refund my money of rest grinder and gift amont which I paid for bill generate they written a mail to me which was written We have initiated your refund process.....An amount of Mixer Grinder will be deducted from it......According to our terms and conditions which are mentioned on our website if our customer wants a refund of his money then we have 45 days time to refund the amount but because of your urgent need of money we will refund your money within 3-5 working days..this mail was sent me on April 27 2016.after this period I call again ask my status they answer me wait 2 hr and again call they again answer me wait for 2hr this proceese continue for two days and today when I call ask my status they answer me u ask bank we already said to bank they call u and disconnect my phone after that not receive my call.
