NOT ACCEPTING RETURN OF PRODUCT

I received my ordered product from Myntra and want to return it but its showing cancelled on the website. I have contacted the customer care executives numerous times and attached all proofs including the tax invoice that the product is with me but they are not acting on it.

How on earth can my ordered Myntra's product reach me if they didn't deliver it?

I have been cheated. Shear unprofessionalism
