" I have ordered switches and their respective plates( of GM company) online through www.myhomesol.com
on 15/12/2015 ( order id 101505081). When I received my order, some of the products were missing and two mismatch of colour of switches. I enquired about it from homesol.com
, they replied they have refunded my money of products not sent.
I asked them when these products form a set ( switches can't be used without their plates), how can you do this that too without even informing me.
On further cross talks, they agreed to send me missing plates ( on payment by me through order id 101505451) & proper colour switches(two switches were of different colour).
Now they sent only plates and there is no reply by them on switches.
Since these switches & plates form a set.
Just because of two wrong switches ,I am unable to use whole product. It's became waste for me.
I paid second time( for plates order id 101505451) on their promise in email conversation in hope to get everything solved.
But this added further loss of money to me as they haven't sent switches(as per their email).
Kindly help me with this.
