I had purchased one Adidas Merlyn shoe from Flipkart (Order no. - . Its size was not perfect hence I requested for return. My area pin code (758082) was pick up services hence after getting directions from Flipkart customer care executive, I packed the shoe, mentioned the return id and sent it to their warehouse located at Bilaspur, Haryana. It was shipped through Indian post (registered post- CO068310155IN. It was returned to me after few days and reason mentioned was that the door of warehouse was closed. When i got the returned packet, my shoes were stolen and some hindi medium maths book was kept inside. I talked to Flipkart regarding this. There was no fault of mine, I sent the packet as per the direction given by flipkart.it was returned because"Their"wasrehouse was closed. But at the end, I am suffering all the losses. My money is also gone as it was a before payment order and my product is also gone. Flipkart agreed that to some extent it is their mistake too but denied in providing any help. I am a regular and genuine customer of Flipkart, Though they are not refunding my money.

    Recently I have purchased a puma sandals priced rs 1799.09 and its original price is rs 1999 on 21apr'16. And the next day its price drops to 1462rs. This happens many times when I purchase on myntra and I have complained also but there is no action. Is it legal to have such price drops for selling?
