non refund of item returned

dear sir/mam,
i have purchased frock for my child order no.7322455UFE6CE5309 dated 15 march 2020 ,transaction id 7322455UFE6CE5309. i received it but was small so, i raised return order but due to lockdown it was not returned. In the month of june i got mail to return it back but no courier service was ready to deliver their.
mean while my return id 8987745 i parcelled through india post No. CE006936421IN dated 20 june 2020.
in between i mailed them many time but in reply they said didn't received any parcel.I send them photograph of receiving by india post site.afterwards no reply from there side. kindly look into the matter please
