Delayed delivery of Booked order, booked an order through Industrial Buying online site

I booked an order through Industrial Buying online site application with Order No: 102465977 on dated 20 Aug 2017 worth Rs 27928 out of which item of 6230 is delivered and rest items are not delivered and there is no any further intimation of delay occurred or refund of payments done by firm.

Even the follow up and calling to there customer support No i not get proper feedback and delivery or refund commitment from Company.

It almost a month past by booking order and no any delivery or refund done due to delay i already get penalized by purchase of same material from local source.

Please compensate my losses accordingly.
