Money not refunded from ebay.

Hello Sir,

I would like to lodge a complaint against Ebay. I have requested for refund(Claim) of my money via DD.but the company is not refunding my money.Just they are postponing my issue when ever i contact EBAY customer executive.My Claim ID is : 1623387.Please help me.Total amount is nearly 499 rupees.my claim was approved on 14 January 2016 only & Till now i have not received any refund.According to EBAY guarantee statement i should receive money within 15 working days.but till now its more than a month.please lodge my complaint against them.
