Money not refunded even after cancellation of onlinen purchase from mymantrashoping.com

My name is nitin singh. I purchased one mobile from mymantrashopig.com . due to long waiting period i cancelked the product. It was on 24 nov 15. Since then i tried my level best to get the money but all in vain. I used my sbi credit card. Payment gateway was provided by EBS ebiling solutions. My transaction was 44975194 ticket id is VUZ 46022072. I got conformation that my order is cancelled. I tried to longe complaint with sbi card, ebs and mymantrashoping.com but. Ebs is telling they did not recieve cancellation from mymantrashoping.com and mymantrashoping.com is telling that they have not recieved the amount fom ebs. Now my 7999 is billed and no one is ready to pay the amount. My address is nitin singh, plot no 7, samanthi street, rahuman nagar, mc road, thanjavur, 613005. My mobile no 7639775922.
