Sir,I had ordered a mobile in 2019 Dec16.This mobile name is samsung galaxy A10.But the order was not reached at my home.So,I contact Paytm mall to information my order.But the mall did not tell whats happen my order.When I order the mobile they they had took my money but the mobile wasn't come.So I shall be requeste all of you to investigate my money and the money refund me. Mobile amount is 2999 rupees
