Hi,


Following up payment towards order # # 100016003 & 100017573.


Chasing http://www.kidskart.com/ for the last 4 weeks. I shared my bank details on 25th November and after escalating kidskart sent email that refund is processed on 8 & 9th of December, but till date haven't received money in my account.


The only reply we are getting is refund is processed and kidskart can't tell by when the money will hit my account.


On Kidskart facebook page, saw similar complaints from other customers.


Need my money back at the earliest and action against the errant www. kidskart.com

    Even after following up with Kidskart for last 1 and a half month regarding the refund I have not received any update.

    My first mail was sent to Kidskart on 18th dec'2015 for refund of order no.100019800 and I have been receiving the mail that refund is being processed.when I call customer care I receive the answer that it is into process however I have not received the refund yet.Its been 2 months till date.

    Kindly assist to get my refund from Kidskart at the earliest and take appropriate action against www. kidskart.com.

    orderno. 100021005 placed on 01/12/2015 on the name of NIKITASHA DASH for Rs 700.i had returned the article but never recieved refund.they told me to mail bank details. even after doing tht no response from their side . plz help www.kidskart.com
