I have been facing Refund issue since 18th Dec 2015.I requested for the refund of an item from www.kidskart.com on 18th dec'15 and have been following up till date but I have not received any response from them yet.Whenever I call customer care I get the response that it is into process and will be refunded soon.Its been 2 months now and I have not receive my money.Kindly Assist me to get my money back at the earliest and take action against them.
