Kidskart not refunded money

I placed an order 100009789 worth rs 2018 on kidskart on 16-oct-2015, but after waiting for 10 days the order was still not dispatched so i cancelled the order. But they have still not refunded my money which i paid through net banking. I mailed and caled them several times. the details of order are given below
