I ordered a PUMA

tracking id V28034056 DTDC_Z from JABONG
on 5th march
2016 , till now i did not received the product and they are not willing to refund my money as i already complained regarding the product to refund the money,whenever i talk to them they always say to wait for 24 hrs or 48 hrs . They gave me wrong tracking id V28034056 of DTDC_Z which cannot be track.Please help regarding this issue. Now when i check about delivery option regarding the same product it says the product cannot be shipped to 795001. Thanks in advance
