I got my product defected

I ordered a MI power bank of 10400MH but when i received i found that it is defected. So I filed complaint on the same site ie www.bookmyoffer.com. My order number is 080467721303949, dated 20.04.2016. My complaint number is 97692. I filed this complaint via their customer care number 80-10001133. The executive told me that your product will be replaced in 1 week but it was neither replaced nor they refunded my money that is Rs 448.00 Now their customer care is not receiving my call . Please help me out in this
