I did not get refund Rs=1000 for offer of MI4I Mobile from snapdeal

I ordered one Mi4i 16GB mobile on 10 Agust 2015 and for that get successfull offer of Rs=1000 cash back by ICICI bank payment. That was refundable latest by Octuber.
For That I complain in Snapdeal care(Complain No.-16170205), but always they are saying you will get within 48 Hours.
One time they asked my Bank transaction details since 10/8/15 to january 2016.
