I am raise the complaint snapdeal many time but no body couldn't here my voice

Dear Sir/Mam

I have Order a product having order no 17951802465 on date 15-jan-2017 From Snapdeal, but unfortunately when I am open the product it is completely different Product and many time I raise the complain call& Email snapdeal customer care & C.E.O & one of snapdeal reprehensive communicate me that may be many customer place order from Snapdeal and many many order’s are pending so this is our mistake, and assure me solve the complaint otherwise refund the money.and many time I am raise the complaint and he call me get a fake promise to refund my money and now he tell me his checking department no tell he send me the product is correct so he can’t refund my money.Now sir tell me what to do,snapdeal just cheat the customer and Normal customer are getting big problem or he mentally shocked and tension.

So I request you kindly take for necessary step and help me for how to refund my money.
