Complaint against Amazon misleading Customer

My order ID ORDER # 404-2879821-7132300 for Amore sky lantern 10 nos which was ordered on 13.10.16. it was showing that item was dispatched on 15.10.16 under tracking id Courier: ECOMEXPRESS, Tracking #: 170020366. however while tracking it showing that material has been delivered on 25.10.16. But this is to in form that my item has never been delivered at my address. More over i believe since my item is not yet dispatched, amazon is trying to mislead by providing wrong information.
