my name is shaheen Parveen. i have ordered a prestige cooktop from homeshop18 on 8 august . my order id is 1031122560 . i also made an online payment of 3999/- through paytm. but till today there is no upadte about the product . nor they are replying to my emails nor they are picking up the calls .when i searched on social media about homeshop18 like me there are many people who are trap in this company fraud they are just taking orders and payments and after that no reply. Till today their homeshop18 app is active and they are still live on many dth channels . requesting you to please take severe action against them that also on urgent basis because this is a big scam. i want my money back
