Very high penalty for lost parking ricket, DLF Mall of India, Sector 18, Noida

On the evening of 16 july 2019 I visited DLF Mall of India, Sector 18, Noida with my family for shopping and parked my car in the basement of mall's P2 parking.
when i return to home i realized I had lost the parking ticket of Rs. 40/- which I had collected at the entry point.
I was asked to pay Rs. 300/- as penalty charges by the parking attendant for the lost ticket.
This kind of penalty is highly irrational as it amounts to paying approx seven times more than the parking charges.

Kindly look into this matter.
