Supply of wrong car mobile holder - Smashing Commerce Pvt Ltd

The above company in his advertisement shown a particular mobile holder for which I had ordered online but deliver another/inferior product. When I approach them through email they said that "the product you saw in advertisement looks different but that is only for the purpose of dramatization", which is totally unacceptable to me. I told them through email that as per your policy if I am not satisfied from your product, you/they will return my money but, instead of returning the money they keeping insisting me to use that inferior product.
