I purchased a product worth rs. 1800. It was a fake product and completely different of what was there on picture. So i asked them to refund my money but they told me that they only have exchange policy.
I sent back the product but they dint gave me the exchanged product yet and my money is all with them. They have removed their website and nobody is picking up phone now. They are not responding to any messages now.
