please refer order no.100001196 dt 11/4/2016.

I paid monthly subscription for milk amounting to rupees 1161, however the delivery have not started yet. Despite mumerous complaints.

I have requested them for refund in case delivery cannot be made, however no response from there side.

I request for your intervention.
