Dhamaalshop.com has deliberately delivered wrong product after pre-payment

On 11-march-2016 I ordered a 32" Refurbished Videocon LED TV from dhamaalshop.com and made payment for it using my Debit card.

Dhamaalshop shared a courier tracking number of Gojavas (Their courier company) while Gojavas clearly stated that we have not received any shipment from Dhamaalshop.

Finally post sending multiple follow up emails to Dhamaalshop what I received on 01/04/2016 (after 20 days) was pack of 6 t-shirts.

Since then Dhamaalshop.com is neither responding to any emails and nor are the calls to their customer care getting connected and courier company is denying to share contact details of concerned person of their client i.e Dhamaalshop.com

Like me there are other customers also who have been cheated and have posted their concerns on different platforms
