Dear Sir/Mam,

I have order a NIKON camera(order id :- AB9002227) from the askmebazaar, when we receive the order the box was empty and i have found a stone inside it. then instantly contact with the askmebazaar customer care,and tell them about this whole matter. as per conversation with them, i had sent them the empty box picture & stone pics which i had received in the box.then my email conversation with the askmebazaar received a reply from them they said they wants to reverse the order and after that then return my order amount.then they revert me again that they have confirm their merchant & logistic team they had send me the complete and sealed packed product, but i got the stone inside there. but i doubted on that time when i received the courier at the late night around 9:00 p.m, i think its not the official time to courier delivery,i had drop you alots of mail regarding this matter.but no-one ready to revert me, i never expect this thing from the askmebazaar that i will get the empty box,and the amount will not refunded. if you are not taking any action the above query then i have to take a legal action on that, i am totally frustrated to write emails or calls to askmebazaar.


hope so this will be my last email to you after this my query and refund will be sorted out from your end.
