I received a total of Rs. 998 as my SD cash on www.snapdeal.com against return of two pairs of shoes on 4th Feb, 2015 and 11th Feb, 2015 respectivley. After that I also purchased a calculator and forgot to redeem my SD cash and made COD(Cash On Delivery). I also ordered a watch for Rs.304 in August and returned it in the same month. At that time my account was showing Rs.998 as my SD cash. I opened my account yesterday, to my surprise I found it to be Rs. 304. I complained the same to the company customer care but they are giving an excuse that it is their policy that SD cash expires after 1 year. All of my precious money is which amounts to be Rs. 694 effectively is lost.
Kindly look into the matter and favorable response in customer's interest is solicited.
