Enormous Delay in Delivery

I Have purchased LeTV 1S mobile from Flipkart vide order no. OD305185477027701000 which was under category of "in a Day Delivery" and guarantee delivery date as per order was 10th Feb,2016, as i have not received the product i have contacted Flipkart customer care where they have not provided me any data and yesterday in the evening they shipped the material on 10.02.2016 and they changed the delivery date in the order to 11.02.2016 then i have contact nearest hub for the delivery status they said it cannot be delivered today and it will happen tomorrow. I am in bad face as today is my marriage anniversary and i was suppose to gift this to my spouse yesterday night 12PM but as you see i could not make it happen then i thought of doing it today but today also they are putting me in even worst situation as they are saying it will be delivered tomorrow. As you can see Flipkart and its logistics has put me under an embarrassing situation which has drastically affected to my sentiment with spouse. I need a strict action on this and flipkart should pay for the cost of the sentiment what for the embarrassment they have given me.
Hope that consumer forum will help me to teach the lesson to such online shopping web portal. As they have taken bookings more that they can entertain
