Delivered faulty product and not replying/resolving it.

I have bought a MI power bank from book my offer.com on 28 march. Order id 080467717097676 and selected COD of amount Rs 748 for the same. It got delivered after one week to me. I have paid the amount. And when i had opened it and tried to charge it. I have charged it for 2-3 hours and when used it for charging my phone. Then it didnt work. And i have tried with many other phones of my friends. When i tried to contact the customer care no +91-8010001133. It guides to the option connecting to customer representative and then the call disconnects charging certain amount from my balance. I had tried it many times but it never connects. Then i had e-mail them for the same cc@bookmyoffer.com. which says in reply your querry has been registered our representative will try to resolve it. But then neither email nor any call came from them. I want either they provide me working product or refund my money.
