Respected Sir, I Have purchased a SAFARI Duffle bag have a model no. TRIDEXRDFL55 serial no S-AUDT-004455GM06515 from SAFARI LIFESTYLE PVT LTD through online (PAYTM).

it has some faulty and i am not able to talk with paytm and safari is refusing for its warranty although it gives five years warranty.
