i had a online order for a magic mob from Best deal TV on dated 15.4.2016. and when i recevied it after open the packet it is a defected piece and same i have compliant to the best deal concern department ( complaint no. 310008 on dated 23.4.2016 ) whenever i called to the concern person regarding the replacement but they always hoped me our exective will come to you to collect the defected piece and give you a new product. more then two month has gone but still not getting any replacement. i had paid the cash amount to the delivery boy when i get the produt. kindly help me to get the money back.
