custmore not respond and fraud company

i had ordered a gadget from so called indian shopping company BASETHINGS.COM on 25th of May. i prepaid the amount by freecharge. it passed one week ago order is still pending not shipped. I contact custmore support so many times by email but they open only tickets not answered me. All their contacts are pauses. So basethings is fraud site which collects money by fraud. my order no. is 80630).
