Dear Sir,
I Had 231 Rupee in My Paytm Wallet so I Transferred This to My Bank at 13 Jan.
it should have come in My bank Account within 6-10 Days, But it Have not come in my Bank Account Till 31 Jan.
I Filled Many complaint about this Matter to Paytm But they did not Take any Action againt this Complaint.
Now they say "Please email a copy of your bank/credit card statement in PDF format from the date of transaction till date to us".
I Sent them Image Of Bank Statement 3 Time But they Demand Only in PDF format.
I don't want to send Bank Statement in PDF Format, Becouse In PDF format Statement Have "Many secret Bank Account detail"
According to RBI, Bank Account Detail Should not be Share With Any One ot Bank Account Safty, So I don't want to Share My Personal Account Detail With Paytm.
Please Help to Get My 231 Rupee form Paytm.
