I have also complained against this fraud in National Consumer Forum with Docket no. 1729621
#fraudflipkart ..I ordered a kurta pajama worth of 2850 from flipkart . My phone no. which is registered with flipkart account is 6306070716. I got a faulty product from flipkart . when I got the delivery of my orderd product I immediately raised the return request but flipkart closed my account . and did not replace that item, or refund my ammount. I contacted to flipkart but they told that due to high no of return they blocked my account whil i orderd only two products from flipkart . First was 32 inches Thomson LED TV worth of 6999. TV was very good and i did not return that TV. But in my second order of kurta pajama i got the faulty product and i raised the return request immediately after two hours after delivery.. But Flipkart Blocked my account. please do justice with me ,. my phone no is 9129256965 and email id is savinaytiwari6306@gmail.com .
