Dear Sir/Madam
I haven't received the cashback offer for my purchase at Bosch store at Porur, Chennai. The seller (SAS Electronics @ Porur Chennai) has promised a 0% EMI during the sale of products but has not credited the interest cashback till date for the purchase of my purchase of Microwave, Owen, Built-in Hob, Chimney and Refrigerator.

The purchase was done on 12th July 2019 and the cashback was to be credited after a 90 day period. But the same has not happened and i had visited the store and made a complaint and also submitted the documents requested for. I have also been following up over email and till date nobody cares to even respond to the mails and credit the cash back.

I am going through a severe mental agony and pain due to this reckless attitude of Bosch and request your support.
