I ordered book worth rs 559 order reference nr-019426 - from madrasshoppe.com online on 09/09/2019 but after reading the negative reviews of madrasshoppe i made a cancellation on the website itself for which till date i have not received a refund. I dropped an email asking about my refund but no reply.

The payment mode was paytm. There is no contact info apart from email id for madrasshoppe on the web.
Please help me in recovering my money.
