Complain to Snapdeal for not refunding money (order id::12488443284)

As per the policy of the snap deal,my product should be refunded but the snap deal has refused to refund it . Saying this is not under there policy and if it is not under there policy then why they have not cleared it when I was ordering.
Strict action should be taken.
