Complain for online Shopping website SHOPBUYKART.com regarding winning of Laptop

I have received mail from online Shopping website SHOP BUY KART regarding winning of Laptop and Samsung LED for which they have asking me paid Rs 14999/- through Oriental Bank of Commerce under account of SHOP BUY Kart. I have paid Rs 7999/- then again I paid Rs 7000/- after that they are asking me Rs 14999/- I paid again the amount then they asking me insurance amount of Rs 9600/- I paid the insurance amount, then they asking me the Rs 24699/- as last amount I paid the Rs 24699/- then they tell me that your refund amount will be transfer to your account within 3 days. But after that they are asking me that taxable amount of Rs 24210/- for Rs 185607/- I have paid that amount also, but now they are not responding my phone or Emails. Now I request your goodself, please help me.
