cheating done by sandisk and flipkart

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

As per the mentioned subject I want to file complaint against Flipkart and SanDisk companies as both are involved in online selling of duplicate products.

I have purchased the memory card combo
pack from flipkart with order no. OD103225658256487000

These cards are declared duplicates and not a genuine product from "SanDisk Customer care",while we provided it for under warranty servicing.
I was not aware that so much renounced name flipkart is promoting this selling of duplicate products.

I approached both the companies . as per flipkart the product is genuine and under warranty while SanDisk is not providing any services and as per them this is duplicate product.

Please help me to resolve and replace the product with original one or refund total amount and accept the mistakes performed by them.

All the mail conversation is documented with us. Also we have invoice copy with order no. mentioned above.
