I Ashok Rana S/o Shri. Sahdev Singh bought online, one micromax hd led television of price Rs. 22190 from snap deal company , which they send on 08.06.2016 at my address , house no 100. Kanwali road, behind lax police chowki, dehrtadun , Uttarakhand, but I was not available to took delivery of the product because I was out of town, So I request my relative who stays at the same address to take the delivery and check the product and give him Rs. 22190 after checking the product. When the delivery man reached my home, my relative asked him to open the box to check the product but the delivery man said no to open the box and told my relative that Mr. Ashok Rana will check himself when he will come back and if any problem occur , it will be the responsibility of the company which send this television . After this conversation my relative paid Rs. 22190 the delivery man and took the product .
Now when I, Ashok Rana came back to Dehradun on 22.06.2016 and opened the television box and found that the screen of the television is completely broken into pieces. I immediately contacted the snap deal customer care, but they told me that this complain has to be done before 7 days of the delivery date. The company claims to give 2 years warranty but they refused to listen to me and took my hard earned money.
