my name is hardik parmar, i have booked sony power bank 25000 mah on 29/01/16 worth rs 799/- , and my order no is S801176863 and product reference no is S8011768632197 via my credit card of hdfc bank

but still there is no news of dispatched of my product from your end , how poor service from your end that even single peace of product you cant dispatched ,

so hear i request kindly call my mobile no , to update from your end , or i will go for grahak surksha , as i have never seen this type of service from online purchasement,

please do the need full for that or canceled my order as soon as possible,and revert my money in my account ,

i am very unsatisfied form your services , very bad
