Tata sky channel not shown due to signal drop in Tata sky dth box

I registered complaint on sevice support of tata sky as I am unable to watch channels . Technician visit our place and suggest to change dth box . But I didn't understand that dth box received signal and channels show but after 1 hr or 2hr. Automatically signal gone drop so that is Tata sky issue not customer issue . So ultimately channel provider resolve this issue .but now tata sky force us to change dth box Sd to Hd box and charge us Rs. 900/- I denied to pay as this is not our issue it's totally chanel provider Tata sky issue. Due to this issue we suffer from last 4-5days & unable to watch uninterrupted TV
