Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Fast Food Restaurants
The issue that I have experienced was: My name is Nayan Bawanthade from Amravati Maharashtra . today (12/10/22 ) I went to one of your store in Amravati situated in Tapadia city center. I placed my order on 9:20pm about 3 buckets and 8 cold drinks of around 2463 rupees. The staff has given me my order 1hr late . That's not the only problem the people who had given the order after me gets their food delivered early than me . I mean what is this behaviour this is not acceptable . There is 7 min policy in KFC franchise . I waited for 60min . I want some action taken on this or I m gonna raise a higher complaint . I want a refund as per KFC policy Also the staff was rude . i tried calling your customer service but again they cut my call twice . what kind of service is this from food company .

This meant that the mall closes at 10 pm and i got my order at 10:30 . 1hr late kfc promises to deliver the order in 7min of time .
