Dear Sir,
Through GoIbibo I have booked my Flight ticket and It was cancelled with Airline due to rescheduling of work.My booking ID GOFLDMTCB2691640091327 ,from this cancellation I Airline refunded amount of INR 1078.
Surprise is this I am not able to see this booking in my Trip details and GoIbibo not responding on my money refund.
GoIbibo customer care is for their convenient and not for customer because no person or representative will be available on phone to take our questions.
This is very much disappointing that software not showing my booking information and customer care not there to attend our complaint.
Hope by this email they will take issue to concern person and will sort it.
