Respected Sir/Madam ji,
My self Kaushik Shahukar , CA by Profession and medically i am suffering from Dystonia,which has rendered 55% of my body paralysed,to be self reliant and contribute to my family i decided to buy E bike from local vendor located in Borivali , Mumbai.But instead of giving me bike that i wanted ( Attached photo 2 ) he gave me default bike ( attached Photo 1).So i returned him the bike and told him to do good but he. told that he have to sale the old bike & then only he can delivered the new bike.So we told him that you cut some amount & give us refund.But even that was denied by him.It is now 9 months & we are fighting to get our hard earned money.Also the guy never picks my phone and to Commute to borivali west it involves lot of expense.Sir request you to kindly help us . Sir i am also ready to forgo upto 50,000/- of money also.
