After cancellation of home loan- Delay in document returning and now more delay in cancellation lett

Centrum housing Finance ltd, kolhapur branch, I was opting hoam loan from CHFL which was cancelled. Got the documents late and now delay in sending cancellation letter.

Even not that good response from customer desk too, which is frustrating.
